3" exhaust.

I want single exit in the stock location, but not with a factory tip. I would want more like a 4" tip because that's what i have now and I like the look of it. I don't want something very loud because I don't run a cat and don't want the extra attention loud exhaust creates. It seems most people run their 3" system under instead of close to the axle. Is that what you plan to do as well?

Thanks for the input. I like the idea about the v-band clamps. I have built a couple of these ehausts with them. It is a nice way to change out a Cat or test pipe for the track or autocross. I have a 3" dual for the NA miata. I don't really advertise it because it is really only for the turbo cars (were the minority).
The only problem I see with the universal fit is the hanger locations. The NA and NB are completely different. I just got some ultra high flow metal cats and I will be working on NA replacement cats up to 3" this weekend. Jason

are the cats the metalcat brand? or what?

They are not the Metal cat brand. I like them but, their expensive. Maybe after they get more resellers in the US the price will come down.
I was amazed how much these metal cats flow considering the size and weight. I am considering the swappable version as a additional option. The standard version will bolt or weld in place. Jason
