I loosened off the C clips. And it won't turn. Do I need to loosen the compressor nut, or do I just need to spray the turbin housing down with penetration oil to get it to freely turn?

I'm pissed and need to get this together, to go to work. The idiot i bought it from used cheap bolts and clocked it against the bottom bolt so you can't get to it. This guy also burnt up the first turbo due to not hooking up the oil line.
Info would be appreciated.

A propane torch and a rubber mallet did wonders for mine when I clocked it. Heat that sucker up, tap it a bit and voila. Hope that helps

Don't try it at home. But I stuck a cheater bar in the compressor housing outlet and it decided to clock then.

Rock on.

Now I need to go get some hardened studs.

And all will be well.

That's what I did too, as well soaking liberally with PB Blaster.
