Default Removing fasteners with Resbond

Hey,

I'm trying to remove my dump pipe which has Inconel studs and crush nuts with Resbond. Talk about a PITA! Is there anything I should apply or any technique to get this to shift?

Need to get this stuff out ASAP, I have a 6258 to go in!

Cheers

I removed the bracket connecting my downpipe to trans for the first time the other day.

Breaker bar failed.
150psi 1/2" impact couldn't loosen it.
3/4" impact at 150psi removed it effortlessly.

In the end it turned out to be not so bad. Those Inconel studs are great as the thread doesn't get messed up. I was able to do it with a beefy 1/2" breaker bar, I think it was just the Resbond making things tricky as after the initial hit of torque I could almost wind them out by hand.

Thanks guys!
