Past few days ive done a few things. Although im still not even close to finishing. The intercooler sat too close to the radiator so i ended up putting some spacers to offset it.
Next i put some foam weatherstripping to keep that airflow going through the radiator.
Also on the intercooler
Fabbed up the hotside
Welded the hotside
Cold side was a bit more of a pain in the *** but i got it
Out with the stock injectors and in with the 440's
I also got all of my bushings done just need to get some new ball joints to put the assembly back togethor.
Jeff had this great idea after spotting my brothers old buffing machine to use it as a paint scratcher.
Boy did it work good
I painted the underpart of the hood a satin black.
Primed the top
First coat
Its probably gonna be a 20ft paint job with the rattle cans but its more of a form over function thing.

Tonight i started out with a couple of beers and decided to work on my exhaust since my suspension is on hold awaiting parts.
I started working the bellmouth piece and started to bring it into a circle over 3 pieces
Next put 2" of straight pipe and another radius on it
Another radius
Then i used one of my 45* and put a vband at the end
But wait... i have this gap where the wastegate is suppose to be SG.
Mark that ****.
Cut that ****
And form it
I ran out of time tonight. Hopefully ill have the exhaust done this weekend but it is valentines day so no clubrodster meet at my house.
Cheers!

With all the weiner fiasco happening in this thread i thought i would get some **** done today for sure.
Started off with getting the IWG hold fabbed up and then welded the whole thing
Full pen baby
@ the turbo
What it looks like at the tranny
All this welding makes me hungry
Figured out that before i continue the exhaust that i need to put my rear axles/control arms in first
I ran out of beer so i decided to call it a day and surf a little bit.
