Aren't they supposed to be rainbow colored lights on a Miata?

BTW - Finish your stripe across your trunk if you are looking for something clever to do.
The front of your car looks badass, and the back looks stock except for the JCWhitney pickup truck brake LED strands. Finish the badassedness.

I kinda dig it, since I've been rear-ended before. I might have made them horizontal though.

I was just thinking about this today. Somewhere I found some SMD LEDs in strips about 24" long and have like 2 LED/Inch IIRC. They're very small and very bright, was thinking about doing one across the entire roll bar and make it blink.

Actually got pulled over the other night because a cop thought my tail lights were burnt out... Was stupid enough to try and night shade them and they're really dark now. :-/

The minitruckers use flush-mount LEDs smoothed into whatever panel.. that's the way to do it if you're really bored.

What is the voltage at the tails? Can you just wire those straight in or do you have to toss in a resistor or two?
