I think its because it lacks AC. The fat and lazy of the world who buy cars instead of building them nit pick things like that. It probably has the most converted miles of any of the LS swap cars, and seems like its been fairly reliable.

Its not the buyers, its the seller. He has had this advertised for days before this ad.... I believe he is just unsatisfied of what the car keeps closing to
