Superchargers can be great, however most people will nudge you into a Turbo setup instead.
Me being one of them.

So I have most of the parts collected however I discovered I have an oil leak!! Good news when I looked under the car it looks as if its the rear main seal (there's oil all around where the transmission and engine join) so ill pull the engine fix that an mount the turbo

The flux capacitor used on the Miata (at least on the '90-'05 models) should have a sealed cap and a vent line which goes to the outside. If yours has a fill port on the top, I would seriously consider replacing it with an OEM-equivalent unit before it leaks dark matter all over the inside of the car. That stuff is impossible to clean up from the upholstery, and you *really* don't want it coming in contact with your skin.
