I'm thinking just suffer for a month and address it later. With Spal (Christ, why do good fans have to cost THAT much?)

You haven't commented on ducting yet. Ducting. DUCTING!!! Do you have it? This would be sheets of metal/plastic/tape that seal the big hole in the front of the bumper to the radiator. That way any air that goes in the bumper can ONLY exit through the radiator.

Of every cooling mod that exist, this one is the most effective.

Edit: Examples:

No ducting yet, but, forgive my ignorance. What effect would ducting have at low speed?

Ducting helps everywhere, but mainly above 20-25 mph. If you're in bumper to bumper going 0-10-0-15-0-20-5-10-0 mph, ducting is doing a tiny amount, this is where fans save the day. Once you're cruising above ~20mph, ducting becomes very significant.

Just bought 2 12" Spal puller fans (low profile) for $134 shipped

How the hell did I just buy 2 fans for the price of 1?

Easy. That's not a SPAL fan, it's a copy/knockoff. Look at the pics from the SPAL site and compare it to that fan with the same exact model number.

Spal fan is rated for less airflow
Spal fan has different number of ribs to keep your fingers out
SPal fan is different design around outside perimeter of plastic
Spal fan has different blade design

Pat, I'm honestly having difficulty distinguishing between the two linked pics.
I know that the second link is Spal site, but the pic on the first is either identical or pretty damn close to the latter.

Still, you know more than I about this, so, without me searching any further, what would be a good place to order from?
I've looked at Amazon, and couple of other sites, so, please, recommend your favorite.

Thanks!

(In the meantime, I've submitted the request to cancel the Ebay order).

This is where I bought my spal fans, and they are real spal fans: https://webstore.spalusa.com/

Google the PN of the fan you posted and find a real pic of it, and compare to ebay pic, and you'll note the differences I noted. They are different fans, not the same.
