Default MS2 3.0.3y released

New alpha release. Looks to backport a little MS3 code and get rid of a burning issue

Does this resolve the blip we've discussed in the enhanced group buy thread?

Main changes in this release are
LS1 15 deg offset from MS3
Test mode no double burn
Change phase on QR25DE
Fix rotary trailing spark cut
Stop spark cut indicator flashing
MAP sampling - minimum over X events
MAPdot code from MS3
GPIO trans adjuster variables. Table 7, offset 622.
NGC4 (36-1+1) adjust by 360 deg and check cam is there
ign_in jump table from robs
Add 4 and 6 cyl Toyota DLI spark outputs (experimental)

Caution
Limited bench testing only, no in-car testing
Looks like test mode issue

No, read the thread Reverant linked to on msextra.com, we need to provide more info, (.msq's and datalogs).

Stuff is fixed pretty quick for MS, but not that quickly!
