Default turbo prep....

i have a greddy kit for my 92 and hopefully it will be here sometime next week. but my question is............

i pulled the motor last nite, it needs a clutch, injectors, fuel pump, ect ect. so can i go ahead and put all that in, then throw the motor back in and drive it around till the turbo comes or will that make me run rich? and can i install the greddy kit while the motor is in the car?

idk if this has been discused before but if so i wouldnt even have the slightest clue what to search for

well, if you have the mega-awesome AEM EMS then you will have to tune it so it doesn't run rich.

Just use the AEM EMS resscale option to go from your current injector size to the new one. Also, I would install the greddy kit once the motor is in the car. It'll just be easier to put the motor back in when you don't have the turbo on there.

You don't need a wide band, or an oxygen sensor at all, for the EMS to work fine.
