Default Duraflex front bumper

Hi all,

Has anyone had experience fitting these

Mazda Miata Duraflex Wizdom Front Bumper Cover - 1 Piece 1990-1997 - Sale!

I'm wanting to get one but haven't found much info on how well they fit. I also have a FMIC so spacing behind is pretty important.

Any info or alternatives will be appreciated.

I believe you trim the back end of the bumper mouth to make room for what you need.

I'd like that bumper more if they would have given it a little softer lines. Little angular compared to the rest of the miata body lines.

Racing Beat offers a couple for the NA

Type I Nose for 90-97 Miata - Racing Beat

Type II Nose Kit for 90-97 Miata - Racing Beat

I believe that "Wizdom" is a ripoff of a Garage Vary product? I want to say one of the guys in the PDX crew has one, or one like it.

^^ This. It looks like if done correctly, you can actually improve airflow to the IC/radiator stack.

That bumper is gross on the NA.

The GV bumper is kinda hot on the NB. See: Doppelganger.

Not the same at all. One sucks, one doesn't.

I like the racing beat ones but they are way too expensive to take on the track and get smashed.

Not completely sold on the Wizdom one. If there was something between doppelgangers one and the Wizdom I'd be sold.

Doppelgangers IS what the Wizdom copied. But his car is an NB. Yours isn't.

Why not... i don't know... a stock bumper? Crazy talk, i know. But they're cheap, and you can smash as many as you want!
