Warning!!! Do not use Chicago Auto Inc.
I had one of the worst shipping experiences ever with Chicago Auto Inc. I'm going to keep the story as short as I can.
The car was almost a week late, and I had to go out and pick it up myself. Waited for the driver (who had poor communication with me the whole time) for 2 hours, and when he showed up I was told he "lost the keys". I finally got the car and would not had signed for it, unless I knew I was getting a discount.
I was told by the driver (I have two witnesses) that I would be refunded $100. I spoke with the "owner" of the company and was eventually told by the end of our conversation that I was not going to be refunded.
So just a warning for everyone, steer clear of Chicago Auto Inc.

Tell the ******** if they are dealing in Lambos, Lotus...etc, then what the *** are they crying about giving you the $100 dollar discount? Lambo dealers don't need to sell miata's to stay in business. Can you imagine someone comes to pick up their Lambo and they tell em they lost the keys...Fukin jokers.

Maybe just a couple... as opposed to your average person... who probably makes up the majority of the cars they are shipping. So they definitely need to keep their biggest source of income (average person/ average car) happy.

Wtf doug, they arent going to refund you?! I was there, that shady *** ********** told you that they would refund you some. Bullshit. It was unbelievable how ghetto this company that handles "lotus, lambo, etc". Should have seen the truck they delivered it in LOL, and we had to drive two hours away just to pick it.. twice. Because the driver lost the keys the first day and had to get one made the next.
Terrible.
On the other hand, the new miata is nice as hell.

Next time check out www.transportreviews.com and try to find a reputable company to do business with. Most of these places are just brokers these days anyways. Just an FYI, some of the transport drivers will intentionally do this to people if the place that contracted them dicks them around or if the customer is an ***. In this business you pretty much get what you pay for.
