any thoughts on how to make a splitter / air dam like this?
but on an NA of course:
I could cut a rectangle out for the radiator there too, and channel it, alleviating heat ailments.

I was thinking about making the splitter/tray out of cheap metal or plastic, then taking 1" square turbing and triangulating at the rad support and subframe. I think it might be fairly straight forward, and the hottest **** you've seen in your life. I can sharpen it too and chop off people's ankles.

I'll road tune the car with you every step of the way, and maybe you can piggy back on the dyno day with me in august when I tune mine.

I've used the ABS sheet and an aluminum carpet threshold strip to form the lower curve. No splitter since it was illegal, but the entire assembly weighed maybe 2 lbs., installed with industrial velcro and withstood as much as 120mph race after race. Adding the splitter would obviously require additional bracing and/or stronger/permanent fasteners.
