Default Wheels, tires, and flares

Hmmmm…..do I do the 16”s and get the flares….or do you guys think that’ll look too overboard?

This is the first time I didn’t plan something, it just kind of happened.
I was going to go with these flares - http://www.racinglifestyle.com/
I think this company is a little newer, I don’t recall seeing anyone with these flares before, pictures of them on and painted would be awesome.

The wheels are the ever popular Sportmax 002s in a 16x8 size. I was thinking of a 205/50/16 tire for them. Most guys are using the 15" sportmax wheels, anyone have the 16" with no issues?

50's will be too tall, you need 40 series for it to work

Just ordered the flares….hopefully they look as good as yours FLAC! Are yours the ones from racing lifestyle?

I am clueless when it comes to tire size and such. I’m trying to avoid ANY clearance issues inside the fender. I know I’ll have to roll the fenders and put on these flares, but I hope I don’t get and rubbing issues. So 40 is my tire height that I should look for, and the tire width can be 205-245?

I feel like I should have just got the ******* 15” wheels….I clicked 16” so I couldn’t contemplate it any longer…lol:gay:

Wow, didn't think i'd get so many comments.

The yellow lamin-x covers are for better visibility in precipitation and looks. I have 2 sets of those rims actually, both 15's. One with 215/45 and the other in 205/50. The flares are essentially the same from racinglifestyle. The fronts are cut and the rear are cut, folded, and spot welded. I was thinking of tinting the windshield surround.

BTW, its Aflac like the duck not Flac :gay:
