Default Miata Rear Brake Caliper Stuck

I picked up a 1994 Miata that needed a little work. The rear caliper is frozen up on one side. I have it off right now and it is the parking brake that is causing it. The cable moves freely, but the part on the rotor is stuck. Is there a way to take it apart and get in there to clean and lube it up so it will move freely? If not, what are some suggestions on how to get this fixed?

PS: It wasn't frozen when I bought it so a few weeks ago.

just on one side now. it would stick on the other, and im too cheap to buy a whole caliper for just that.

I would like to have both working, but I don't see the reason to go grab a new caliper. I will just do that for now until I can get one from a junkyard or someone has a better idea.

Thanks!

I took one of mine apart using a M.net garage guide and cleaned it out, works like new now.
