Default Wtf??

It was about 45 out this morning, so i started my car, let it idle for about 60 seconds, then held the rpms at about 2000 for about 2 more minutes, trying to get some heat before i pulled out of my driveway. Just as i was about to let off the gas, the check engine light came on... I then took off, and drove normaly, and the light went off about 2 minutes later.. its a stock 90, with cold air induction.

Anyone have any clues to why this happened?

I got the same thing yesterday. I usually wait 5 minutes to drive anywhere, but yesterday I drove away from the doctor's office without waiting. I got the CEL and the car went into its rich no o2 mode. Flip of the ign switch, and everything was fine.

lately, since it's colder out, I've noticed a fairly rich idle before it tends to warm up.
