Did find one place which seem to have one's made for t25 int gated turbos, but was more than $50 more than what we're being offered here

Point is, IMO I'm getting in on this (so long as price stays where its at), if for some reason I cant make it work in a satisfactory way (which I doubt), I'll sell on ebay for what I paid (if not more) and cough up the extra $$ for one of these, or similiar...

Again I dont see why this wouldnt work by tucking in the excess, and cutting a small slit for the WG rod, while using enough metal wire or whatnot to hold it down...FWIW I'll be trying to do this on a gt2560

Now question is WHEN!!! I want mine already, the DIY heatshield I made is rattling against my brake lines and taking up way too much space...

Zabac, anytime you need help getting something like this together let me know...Be more than happy to do some legwork or whatnot and assist the sale...
Since very few (if any) people have said it, THANKS for looking out!
My pleasure, I was just hoping to get 30 people interested before I buy 30 of these you know.
As soon as I hit 30 I'll probably buy them right away, we are now at 25, and that's me buying three for here localy.
I was hoping to do it today, but I am not at 30 yet.

Dan, since I had already committed to buy; if you need me to do so just add me to the list and keep it.

Add me to the list if I will actually receive the item in the next 2 weeks. I don't like to wait for stuff.

Rafa, no worries, I don't want anyone to buy this if they don't really want to, it's all good compadre! haah

Tony-thanks man, I may pull the trigger tonight after all.

JayMX5-if this happens, it will happen very soon, as in today or tomorrow.

Sweet, we are back to 26.

All right, **** it, I'm in.
Are you going to PM everybody individually or should I watch this thread over the next few days so I know where to send money?

Count me in. I just bought one from this guy two weeks ago and they fit the tdo4 just fine. I just need to cut a slit for the waste gate rod. If i have time, I will try to fit it on my GT25/28 FM car's turbo.
But I want another blanket so I'm in.

wow, I think we just opened another can of worms, pics please.

To everyone else, I don't think you guys understand how good of a deal this is, these very same blakets get sold for around $150 at shops and online stores, they are around $120 on ebay for crying out loud. At this price, we are getting them cheaper than the resellers out there, that is a fact. After this groupbuy is over, this price will no longer be available, the lowest I will be able to buy them will be around $84ish. I found a way to save everyone that needs these a lot of money, don't miss out on this, this will not happen again. I am not bullshitting you guys, I will be more than happy to forward the email conversations to anyone who wants to call bullshit on me.

And now we have a forum member that already has this blanket vouching for it, and wanting to buy another one.

ps-big thanks to Tony and flyingeunos

It's exciting and a great deal for sure, but if we don't have them in hand by next week, I'll have to go elsewhere.

Dude, give the guy some slack...It's not gonna be weeks and weeks, and he's already said several times he's trying to wrap things up and order them. Will a day or 2 really make you go and spend another $50 for the same thing?

Also keep in mind he's not a vendor, he's not a wholesaler, he's just a guy like me and you helping out 30+ people get a deal aside from work/family/etc...
Maybe a little gratitude instead of making things difficult when someone's helping you out might be called for?

Rotor, I am trying my best to get these here asap, once they are here, I think it is best for me to flat rate them and you have them in 2-3 business days.

Consider me sold on the idea. I guess I'm back in

I'll keep it at home for when someone else wants one.
