Default Can't Open-air Cal my WBO2, Vs. 2.5

Hello all...
So, I'm putting in my WBO2 today, and I have everything up and working, and the thing won't calibrate. I'm following the manual availiable from FM's website.
Basically, here's what I did (twice).

Car is key-on, hook up laptop, load from ecu the map I'm using.
With sensor unplugged, check in Settings->sensor that the value in WEGO zero cal is between 125-130 (it is, 127).
And check that the AFR reads 14.7 (it does).
Plug in WBO2, verify it starts heating up (ouch!), and check to see that AFR changes slightly. Once stabalized change WEGO Grad Cal to make AFR 20.7.

That's where I get issues. Changing the Value under Grad Cal does nothing. Changing the zero cal I can get it to move. Also, it fluctuated before heating up a good bit, especially when you blew on it. Doesn't move around once heated up.

Any idea's? I'm going to go back and verify the wiring is right, but I'm pretty sure this isn't the issue. never know, however. Though, if it gets readings, and heats up, I don't see issues there.

Thanks all.

Hoping not to blow my car up,
Nick

I had the same issue recently after upgrading from 2.5 to 2.6 software.

Take your WBO2 out of your car ASAP and don't run with it in. Unless you want to buy a new one.

After doing the upgrade the WBO2 no longer worked. (It worked before I sent it in just fine) something that was done durring the upgrade caused a failure for that piece internially on the system. Also causing my WBO2 to fail since the part in the ecu shorted it out.

Long and short of it all I had to send the ECU back to Hydra and they charged me $100 to repair it, (due to my faulty wiring) even though once they fixed it I didn't change **** on my wiring and the ECU worked just fine afterwards.

BTW: You don't have to use the WBO2 sensor you can just run in open loop

Also keep 2.5 version 2.6 sucks ***. For all the benifits you get with it. The headaches and the cumbersome software that come along with it aren't worth it.

good to know mate, thanks.

Funny thing, this is right after Hydra just repaired my WBO2 circuit.... funny indeed.

Shitty all in all. FM says its either the sensor, wiring, and I guess it could be the box as well was implied, but that would make no sense.

Oh well, I am pretty lean all over... need to adjust my map without the wb, which sucks.

figured it out... my wideband was wired terribly wrong. Go me.

It was one of those autozone widebands and I had all my colors mixed up somehow. I got it straightened out, and luckily I didn't fry anything with the mixed up wiring.

Hydra will talk to an autozone wideband? I thought they only worked with the super spendy ones?
