I have bad luck
I have some of the worst luck out there, ask anyone I know and it is pretty obvious I'm just not lucky.
I'm driving home in my Honda and some guy has a couch and a dresser in the back of his little Toyota truck. Nothing good can come of it so I sped up to try and pass him. Pretty obvious what happened, it fell out. I swerve to avoid hitting the couch and instead run over a part of the dresser which had broke apart when it hit the ground.
Here is where I have bad luck. The part I ran over was L shaped, and the long part slid under the car and I hit the short part with the bumper. This pushed the long part up against the subframe where I'm guessing it split and a small peice hit this random coolant hose. I pull over, of course the dumbass didn't. I called the cops and told them what happened. Then my car just dies.
That random coolant hose it hit, put a hole that sprayed coolant right on the distributor. WTF. Luckily I keep a small tool box in the trunk so I took off the cap and used my shirt to clean it out. Thankfully the hose was not reinforced and the hole was close to the end so I cut it short and put it back on. I drove to the closest gas station and got some coolant.
So once AGAIN, **** in the road > my car. I'm putting a metal lip on the front of the Miata. The Honda is getting a garden protector plastic lip. I can't stand it, why is there so much **** in the road here?! And why am I always there to hit it?

Ever had a pallet fly off some white trash bastards truck at 70 infront of you on a crotch rocket?
Talk about SHITTING YOUR ******* PANTS!!
I see that crap all the time, myself. These drug addicts will go steal a dozen pallets from some place, toss them in their truck and drive off.. Resell them for crack or meth, whatever. Don't even bother to tie them down. That could easily kill someone in a car, muchless a bike. Failure to secure a load on your vehicle should be like a 10,000$ fine and 90 days in jail, IMHO.

When something falls out of my truck. I stop and pick it up.
I seen a guy's truck full of furniture and matresses wiggling. I slowed way down to get away from him. This Honda passed by me and a matress fell out.
That thing lodged under the car and it slid over into curb. I surprised that the exaust didn't catch the matress on fire

This is one of the reasons I don't own a bike. I've been hit in every car I own including the Miata (some of you may remember I was rear ended by a Chevy Avalanche, an old lady also backed into my drivers door while I was driving), I don't need to be killed on a bike.

i plowed right through a sheet of drywall in my old 93 SHO that flew out of the back of a truck. it was flat untill the car in front of me hit it, which made it fly up in the air and made me hit it head on. all i could think was thank god i wasnt on my bike.
