If you had a free round trip flight to anywhere (almost), where would you go?

So I work for an airline, and as a benifit, I get free tickets. I want to take a weekend trip somewhere cool, and I was just wondering if you guys had any ideas? The only limitation is I cannot fly to Europe or Hawaii (yeah I know, sucks, whatever). And of course it is a weekend thing, so the flight time must be reasonable (Ill have to plan a time to go to Australia).

Flying out of Pittsburgh.

Miami for the weekend sounds nice, or maybe somewhere in the Caribbean?

For a weekend, that's a tough one, not many places I would want to go for just a weekend period, especially not by plane from the east coast. I'd get somewhere around St. Louis probably, lots of nice craft brewers in that area that could occupy my time pretty easily. Now for my free plane tickets to anywhere in the world for 14 days during R7R when I'm downrange...that's going to be a tough decision to make.

Have a great day,

Carribean, Sahara, driving tours through the west, am I mistaken in reading that he only gets a weekend including flight times?

Abu Dhabi or Dubai, hands down. I'd love to check either of those places out.

I have a free round-trip flight coming to me in October, and I'm going to Hawaii with it. Cliche, I know, but I have a good friend there and he knows the ins and outs better than I. Plus it's better than here.

You can tour through the west in 2 days. Done it before.

And for western sahara, half a day to a day is good enough before he gets himself in trubbel.

Been to Dubai a few times...it is an awesome city, and they actually have really good Chinese food.

Black hills, ESPECIALLY the badlands. I could stay there for days at a time - since it's a national park you can bascially go wherever, climb the rocks, walk wherever the **** you want. The views are breathtaking.

I have never in my entire life enjoyed a tourist-y vacation (Hated Europe, hated Puerto Rico, hated Florida) but I LOVED this. Needle's highway, wildlife reserves, everything about the area is amazing (Only thing in SD that is...). I'm going to take my Miata back next year (I was with the family in an Expadition).

Yeah man, I guess it really matters on what you like to do/see. Caribbean is close and tropical, good for laying by the beach, looking at bishes, and eating good food; the other places such as Badlands, Colorado, etc are good for site seeing, hiking, trails, more out doors type activities.

Miller for NASA or a Grand Am race.

There's always California wine country and I'll make a list for you if you want.
