It's funny. I don't remember that passage. And being a bible quote with the words HIGH SPEED DRILL in it, I think I would.

The benefits of having your brain washed by multiple churches as a small child - being able to spit out damn near half of the bible back at these wackos.

Aww, my first closed thread at m.net

I'm rather disappointed as I feel we could have gone much more in depth with that thread.

I feel that most of the folks over there just haven't seen the dark.

I love seeing threads get closed over there. "Oops, someone said a dirty word, gotta close it up tight like my *******, because our mod staff are all a bunch of tight asses"

From Gawker.

"In a couple weeks, your aunt will email this to you with a Bible verse and claim it's proof that God exists."

Does everyone really have "that" aunt? I don't know who the hell gave her my email, but she spams the **** out of my inbox with Christian crap, bible quotes and whatnot. I wouldn't at all be surprised to actually see that in my inbox within the next few days.

No, that's just proof that God is a football fan too...

Mine's actually my neighbor. For the first time in my life I made an email filter (4yrs ago) that pulls out his emails and puts them in a separate folder. Most of them are jokes and the usual political blabber for folks who don't know what snopes is, but I do get kinda tired of the same animated religious emails with 20 attachments on them.

I don't have the heart to tell the guy though. He's 82, survived a depression and a war, and will still mow my front yard if I don't get out there before it's over 1 1/2". Guys a trooper, and I try to garner his wisdom when I can.

my born again fundamnetalist aunt pwns all your religious aunts. she's so religious she made my family stop being religious. her and my uncle once sent me a book on how evolution was a farce. they also mailed out a letter of apology to everyone they knew when their daughter had a baby 8 months after getting married. they refuse to recycle because they believe God will clean the earth up.
