If you are buying a scanner. Buy both the BCT796D and the BCT8A. The BCT8 has a LED on it so that whenever a patrol car logs it's position (within 3 miles) it lets you know. and also is a great addition to the 796D. If you want a handheld (harder to use whil edriving) the 396D is a really good one (That is why Roy and many other gumballers use them).

90mph average across the US. DAMN...I thought I was flying when I did 326miles in 4hrs 8min (approx. 80mph average). I would have managed alot higher, but I took my "twisty" route, which lowered my average.

Please tell me the route isn't still going to Narlins. The route map is labeled 2006. Nothing like ending the cruise at the Mississippi and catching the West Nile.
