No it does not have s-video according to the specs.

For an extra 70 bucks you can more than double your savings, upgrade ram to a more usable 1gb, better battery, and most of all a dual core processor.

Order it with windows XP because Vista sucks right now. Until they get their **** together I'm wouldn't have anything to do with Vista. edit - Ok the reason for this is that Vista is not compatible with allot of software that will run for XP.

This looks like a really good deal but I don't see a serial port connection listed in the specs.

I'd buy it if I wasn't putting every last penny into the Miata.

Funny you should mention that, because right now I'm sitting behind a Dell *Looks at laptop* Latitude D600 at work.

No I don't work for Dell lol.
I deal with industrial gas turbine engines.
*engages snooze mode*

From the specs on the deal linked above:
AMD AthlonTM 64 X2 Dual-Core processor
1GB DDR SDRAM

I've got a usb/serial adapter for logging/tuning.

Woah, my bad. I just went and found the actual laptop on the site, not search for the value code that you posted.

I just picked up the Garmin i3 for $100 delivered at CarToys. They get a lot of refurb'd stuff that sells with a full OE warranty.

The Vostro 1400 has it. The above offer doesn't apply to it.
