yeah i read it wrong. I'm still confused why youd need a lock/unlock button on the outside of the car. at least that's what I understand from reading it.
the proliferation of CVTs sucks. Nothing quite like losing 30% or more of your power in the tranny. Sigh... If anyone wants to fund my research I can promise improved performance and fuel economy without a damned belt.
It does says under it's description, "Push the button and the engine (magically) comes to life"
I guess if you push the button again the engine stops dead
BRAINY -- Read the descriptor on the left side of the advertisement on the button>
With a keyless system, how else are you going to shut the engine off? The FOB works when in proximity to the car, once it does what ever magic it needs too you can operate the car like the keys are in the ignition.

I guess the security FOB doesn't unlock the doors automatically. I can only guess this is a security issue of some sort. If this is the case how else can you unlock the doors? No key, and the system is designed as such that keyless entry via the FOB is not needed.
Just thought about it. I still don't know why the doors don't automatically unlock when get close.
That is certainly a step in the right direction. I wonder about any room in the backseat... Just get the big motor and your all set. Its even nicer than the G35, but I would have to see it in person. Does anyone know if it will be at the Detroit auto show?
