Default vendor help: MaxQ Data

I ordered something from them on 3/8 with a 2-week back-order. Its been one month and I've attempted to contact them:
3/9: email requesting shipping info
3/11: email, no reply
3/15 email, no reply
3/16: MaxQ replies, 2-week wait
3/29: email, no reply
3/29: left voice mail
3/31 email, no reply
3/31: left voicemail
4/5: voicemail
4/7: voicemail
4/9: voicemail
4/12: voice mail informing them that I would obtain a refund through my CC company
4/12: initiated refund process with Visa
4/13: started pricing basic traqmate

I'd love to contact these guys if anyone knows how other than the phone numbers and emails they've put on the website. I'm going to dispute the charge on Monday unless you guys can suggest something better. ITs a $500 order, I'd appreciate some correspondence at this point since I wanted data for the last 2-events.

Maybe I'll edit these out later so that they are not so public, but here are two email addresses I have for them, I think Kevin can send/receive them remotely. They are also a support vendor on sccaforums.com, if you have a uname there you can post a request for contact on their subforum, too. Good luck, they were a little hard for me to get in touch with, too.

5-weeks is long enough to give up and get my money back, right?

F#$# it if they don't want business. Take your money and spend on some other vendor.

Hustler,

We are working to get orders wrapped up by this next week. We had a number of hurtles to over come. We're very sorry for the delay!

MaxQ Guy,
I'd like to obtain shipping information for my order from 4-weeks ago. I've made several attempts to contact MaxQ with email and voicemail and would like to know my order's status.

Thanks,
hustler
I replied with a request for a telephone call, of course they won't check that email for a week...which I guess I'm fine with. I'm tempted to call the credit card company back and tell them to halt the recoupment. Any thoughts? I'd like to have the logger more than I'd like to have my money back. I think I've been polite and reasonable every step of the way.

Do you really want a technical product from someone who has "hurtles" to overcome?

I ran track. I jumped hurdles. I hurtled the javelin. I simply hurled the shot put. Then I soaped up excessively while showering in the locker room.

I just recieved an email from them informing me that they cannot call me on a telephone because "telephone support is down."

I replied with, "you really don't have a telephone around where you can call me?" I'd like to go with the whole, "do you want $500 from me or not?" but I'm not a man.

Are you being serious? Cancel that order. What a crappy response.

Yeah, they have a cool datalogger but customer service sucks. When you get $500 and you're 30-days over-due...you're a shitty company.

They spoke to the credit card company and told them it would ship on 4/23. I'm going to call Visa and try again.

You should find a long rope and an even longer tree. Get it over with.
