Default Anyone good with bikes? Gas leak.

I've got a SRAD GSXR I'm trying to sell but the damn thing drips gas from one of the throttle bodies when starting and running. I cannot for the life of me find the source of the leak. Are there any places that are known to leak or are possible sources of the leak to look at?

Figured I'd quit being a ***** and pulled the bowl off. Lo and behold the original gasket was gone and hi temp silicone was in its place. The silicone was torn up so I assume that's the source of the leak. Float valve and everything else looked clean. I guess I'll reseal it and see what happens.

Hell yeah they still make them. I have 41mm flatslides on my track bike.
But I would still rather have fuel injection, a WBO2, and an ECU.

I worked on a 2006 Nissan factory equipped with a carburetor, distributor, and points. It seams they still make things easy to work on for third world countries.

Big surprise there....

Those types of carbs typically only leak fuel out like that if some ******* sealed the bowl with silicon, or the float/needle are stuck. Typically if fuel is spewing out from a stuck float it normally doesn't get outside the intake track, unless it bleeds out the airbox like my old *** 86 ninja did.
