2005 Saab 92-x (wrx wagon basically) for 21,200 out the door, then sold the promotional season passes to Crested butte ski resort in CO for $900, then sold it 1 year and 14k miles, and a few rallyx's later for 20k

Hmm $1000 for a Jeep wrangler wich is nothing compared to some of the deals you guys are talking about.

Definitely good money to be made buying cars from women that just need one thing fixed. Wish i could monopolize on a little bit of that around here.

We're in the same boat. Big reason why I wouldn't be able to run something like the $2007 challenge, I don't know enough people in this area to get hooked up or find it myself.

A few years ago I got a 69 Cutlass 350 auto for $25.(Please, just get the ******* thing out of my driveway - it has algae growing on it.) Spent $150 on tune-up parts, drove it for 2 years and sold it for $250.

1984 Hobie 18'.
Had been sitting in this guys front yard for 17years. He used it one summer, parked it, and forgot about it. I paid him $300. It had every original part included. I spent $300 on new running rigging, some axle grease, and a new set of lights for the trailer. I sold it before I moved away from Pensacola for $3k. I had some serious fun on that boat.
