I was taking assault for a month, took a month off. Then got back on assault. then another month off. Then hemo rage. Another month off. Then started taking White Flood.. 2 weeks after taking white flood my liver started failing.. 2 weeks after that jaundice, bilirubin level at over 8 parts. etc. after 3 months recovery and 2k worth of doctor bills later i find out that the makers of white flood were getting sued for using low quality veterinary ingredients in their products. Theres a reason why they came out with an "all better 2nd version" junk.

There is a dirt hole gym in old town that has a 1200lb club record with no ones name on it. I'm really thinking about trying to snag it and get my name on the wall. Right now my total on paper is 1080, but that's with an old 250lb bench. The gym owner says you can wrap your knees and wear a belt, so I'm sure I can easily manage a 415lb squat and probably deadlift 485-500lb no problem....just gotta get my bench up because the owner wants it paused. Even on the high end of my squat/deadlift I'd still need a 285-300lb bench...****.
Started low bar squatting and I ******* love it. Please enjoy my glutes in HD.

Well, did the mock meet today down in Key West this morning. Overall I am super pleased as I squatted 405lb and deadlifted 475lb. Both are personal records. I fell flat on bench today missing 255lb twice sadface.jpg I didn't make the 1200 board but I am just scraping at the teeth of it.
I only got decent video of the deadlift, but the squatting was intense. I opened with 365 w/o knee wraps and blew it up ***-to-grass. Then went to 405 w/ knee wraps and mis-grooved. This was the first time I've ever had 400+lbs on my back and it was terrifying. Not to mention I was using an unfamiliar bar and rack AND having to do a long walk out. I took a 3 minute break and attempted it again. I was a tad high but it blew the **** up out of the hole. The owner called it a good lift so that's all I cared about, lol. Dude is a total bro and will call a good squat as long as it's low and you put your best into it.
Next was bench pressing and I just fucked it all up. Opened with a paused 225 and it flew up. Immediately went to 255 and got stuck. Total mis-groove. Took a break and did it again....same thing. Decided to call it and just move on to deadlifts to save energy.
On deadlifts I opened with 405 and it was easy peasy. I was getting tired so I immediately went to 475. Decided to jump to 500 after taking a break and I just broke it off the floor 3-4 inches. Couldn't get it so I tried again a few minutes later and didn't even break it a second time. I was wiped by that point.
I'm pretty ******* happy with two solid PR's and I'll be doing this again in a few months to get on that ******* 1200lb Club Board.

Thanks, Atanas. I'm pulling out all the stops now for chest and just focusing on getting a higher number. We have a 50lb set of chains at the gym now and I bought a Sling Shot to help with overloading and working the groove. Today was my first day using the chains and I was really shocked at how much they made you work at the top. It was really fun using the slingshot with the chains to really overload at the top.
Keeping it simple as far as accessory work, just dips with chains, decline bench and close grip bench.
