I'd inject something that would dissolve all my fat layer.

FDA just approved an injection to rid yourself of a double chin.

But I'm a man, so I just use facial hair to cover it up.

Just switched from a purely strength oriented routine to a basic hypertrophy PPL program because I want to work out in the morning before work and needed a shorter workout spread over more days. I'm also looking for some aesthetics.

Good god the volume forced me to drop my working weights significantly. Rows were the last back exercise and I couldn't even rep my warm up weight for strength training. Went from 135lbs 5x5 to like 80lbs 2x10. Hoping that my body just needs some time to adjust for endurance and my working weights will come back up a bit even for volume work.

Lifting on a ship. Can I count the rocking of the ship as a core exercise?

If this ship's a-rockin'....actually, it's fine. Come on in, nothing's going on.
