carsponsorships.com is such a scam..
I feel like such a dumbass for not reading the "Terms and Agreements".. Im now stuck with a stupid $90 charge..
Basically I was curious of the discount they offer for their discount programs (notice how im not using the word sponsorships).. A few friends have gone through another website to get parts cheap and it worked out for them so I decided to check into this one, thinking it was the same one. I sent in the "application", it required a CC number (Note first step of me failing). They describe it as verification to ensure that the applicant has the funds to actually join the website and that you are only charged a one time fee for joining yada yada I kinda stopped reading there and just sent the application (Notice step 2 of my failure). Well... The next day I get an email saying "Thank you for joining you may now enjoy your sponsorship benefits". Uh oh.. They charged me didnt they. Sure as **** they did. I went on the website to see what their discounts were (this is all I was trying to do in the first place), and they arent much, and you pretty much have to be a car show queen to take any benefit. I email them explaining my error and simply asked for my account to be cancelled and my charges refunded, and the billing manager replied with a no, basically saying I agreed to a payment contract which is true but come on, this is just greedy now, I just want my money back for my unused membership!
End rant..
Yes, I allready know I am a dumbass for not reading the entire "Terms" thing.. Im just seeing if there is anything I can do to get my money back.. Is there?

So is there anything I can do, or do they have my money for good? I figure last resort I just post their shitty pricings online so I feel better about myself and no one else gets killed by curiosity.

i filled out an app when they first started. but i stoped when it asked for money. i get a call the next day and they asked a few questions and asked for my CC info. i said hell no, i am not paying for a "sponsorship" i got into an arguement with the guy too, he said "well, i dont see how you can get a sponsor without us" i replied with "i already have 1 sponser" (had a local shop that would order some parts for cost) he just kinda stumbled over his words, it was fun.

I paid with my debit card, can I still go to my bank and try to stop the payment like you can with a credit card?
Yes, I really am that stupid when it comes to banks.
