hats off on the swap... but really, it would be so much more fun with an LSx. Or at least a couple of smaller twins.

Don't like it...wonder how much front-end torsional rigidity was lost by removing the front cross-member in order to fit that damn engine.

my friend has a 2j swap in a s14 240sx,he says it handles better actually.
probally because he jammed it pretty far back.

also my friend has a similar setup in his mk3 supra to the S except for a greddy manifold.wow its fast.

That is a HUGE turbo. Even though he's not releasing figures, I would venture that car is putting at LEAST 650hp to the ground, probably more like 700.

damn... reminds me of my supra thats amazing. i'd rather have that than a mk4 supra. i cant imagine what that's like to drive. i doubt that car is making anything over 700hp. and 400-500hp on pump gas.

the guy who posted it on ebay's slightly misinformed as to the rarity of the swap. I have a friend who works at Group5 and he just finished building their 2nd 2JZ S2k a couple months ago, and it wasn't this one, and the first wasn't this one either. both were also CA cars, so unless the guy moved... whatever, doesn't matter at all.

it's an amazing car, and it sounds beautiful. I don't like the swap just because of the weight it adds, and you pretty much relegate the car to the drag strip. too bad I'd rather spend the $ on a slighty used Evo 8 MR and have cashish left over for my own mods. that is, if I had $30k.

I dunno; stock S2000s have a noticeable rake, too.

see how close the turbo is to the paint in the engine bay? hope it doesn't start peeling.
