Default who can read chinesse here?

went to a chinese new years party last night and some guy had a key chain with a weird chinese character on it i asked him what it was supposed to say and he didnt have the slightest clue. so i figured what the hell there has to someone schooled in this **** on here or somewhere who can identify it. i just looked through a few thousand characters and couldnt find a definate match. So i turn to you guys what the hell does this say? Forgive the crude reproduction from memory i could be off alil but that is essentialy what it looks like to the best of my ability to reproduce it.

Friend. It is not commonly used by itself.

It's the "you" part of peng-you.
