Default newer miata, or old school miatas

1. New miata (2006)
2. Older Miata (other)

which miata would you prefer, the bigger and stronger 2006 miatas? Or older models?

I like the styling of the 2006, but aftermarket-wise, the older models are superior

Buying a new Miata seems silly. Thats used S2k money and the Miata is slower, uglier, and has a shittier interior.

The NB is the better car, but the NA is the better Miata.

I would never consider buying an '06. Like WOT said, that's used S2k money.

ok lets assume his question is :

1. New miata (2006)
2. Older Miata (other)

not 3. used s2k.

I like my 2001 for cruising with turbo, but I'd consider a barebones early car for bombin around in. maybe even a high strung 1.6.

my roomate has an 06. That's a girl car. It may be faster or whatever all the way around, but its boring. The torque is really nice though.

I didn't buy a miata to cruise around in for a nice looking daily driver, I bought it to beat on at the track...one day.

My car is the slowest miata on earth, but its super fun to drive.

Well if we are playing by the rules I'd go for the NB. The NA has a horrible interior and dash board upgrade in the NB makes it so you don't feel like you are sitting in a car from 1987. Plus look at Russmans car...how ******* hot is that thing?

wtf are you smoking? The camel early dash is far superior to the rounded one.

Wrap an NA dash in black ultrasuede and it would be livable.

Wait who leaves the interior in their NA's anyway. I thought all NAs were missing their center consoles, carpet and everything else that they could rip out.
I like my NB far more than my roommates NA just because like most NA's i've been in, it's a POS. I would definitely track an NA because I wouldn't feel bad for stripping it, but that's all. I like the NB body and interior far more, even though the factory seats rip easy.
Wait back on track, I hate the NCs. I don't like the body styling at all, otherwise the retractable hardtop versions are awesome.

The only reason my center consol is out of the car is because Im removing the shtty factory cd player (it wont play cds) and Im going to be adding a wide band and such ....so after all is said and done Im putting it back in, I was also thinking of mounting a bipes unit or sebring unit inside the compartment...that be nice if it fits

I like the 2007 with the retractable hard top. Those lines remind me of the early T Bird hard tops. If my '91 doesn't outlive me, I'm going for that to drive around in my old age.:gay:

Oops, too late
