I've been reading up on widebands for my car and I guess the billion threads on LC1 issues on this forum were not unique to Miatas. I think I grounded that thing like 10 different ways before it worked semi correctly (it was never really perfect) and then it just started eating sensors every 2 months. Innovate sent me a new controller and it still never worked correctly. I pulled all of the wiring out entirely and started fresh and it was still consistently a piece of ****.
I can't really find any compelling reason to try an innovate product again.

Guys- I'm seriously considering buying a Saabaru from a co-worker.
2005 car has 130k miles and 40k on swapped japanese spec EJ207 motor... Car has been up and running with this combo for 10k miles so I assume it is well sorted.
Guy is asking $13k- Good/bad/run? KBB is valuing the car at less than $5k which is a joke. Here in Colorado- WRX's are generally beat and way overvalued- his pricing seems in line with craigslist on comparable year/condition/etc.

just went out in the snow with the ben-z; don't miss the wrx at all.
I sold my 09 wrx with 83K on it, that was in pretty great shape for $15k.
$13k, as much love put into that thing, seems high. I'd like the car, but wouldnt want to pay that.

Thats a little high for a saabaru with that mileage, but if you like leather thats the only way to get a wrx with leather and no traction control. If it had like 20k less miles I'd say thats probably on point for price. but Colorado is probably more expensive than up here. I did pay 11k for my 96k wrx which is basically the same car as the saabaru.
