Chemistry is easy compared to calculus. We have 2 forgiveness programs too but so far I haven't used any. Problem is if I fall back a semester in my calculus's or physics, I have to go to the new book, new HW, and all. I'm trying to avoid that, but I'll have to retake them if I don't keep a C or better.

You better figure out chemistry! Let me know if you got any questions in there, I got an A in Chem I, but that was a year ago...

yeah i'm gettin the chem now, its just that it took a while to get this professor because he teaches from the new material (you know new slides with matching lecture notebooks) but the tests are from way back when they didn't have the printed lecture notebooks, so the information on the test is not in the notebooks and all i had in high-school was pre-cal so retaking calc 141 isn't the end of the work.

i did here that statistics was bitch though

Cal2 is twice as hard as Cal 1. If you do retake Cal I, pay attention and learn all you can, your gonna need it.

Rockville Center was a sickening rich neighborhood east of JFK airport. One of the richest Catholic Dioceses in the country. One of the priests did get busted for child molestation tho...

I worked next to Rockville for 2 yrs. Hated the neighborhood.

that said, calc2 was a breeze. and then i forgot.

I had a new teacher for calc I. I didn't learn a damn thing, but she graded easy so I didn't care. Then I failed calc II...

I'm in engineering statistics this semester, and it's really easy for me, but a lot of people hate stats.

I've taken on a business minor, so I'll be taking some easy (read: non-engineering) classes while I retake calc II next semester.

I had intro to chem as well as chem of materials last year. I think I got B's in both.

LOL, yes, I grew up in that "sickening rich neighborhood." I am not surprised one of the priests got busted. I know the church there all too well, it's all about the $$$.

Ok.... No idea why but today I check my grades and I have a 59 on my final, instead of the 55 I had yesterday, bumping me to a C for my final grade. Still gonna retake it though, cause I'd just fail Cal 3 if I don't.

Take calc 3, fail it, take it again. You'll be that much father ahead. Maybe you'll get a better teacher for Calc 3 or a better tutor and it will all click.

ok.... here is how you solve all of them

Step 1:
Ebay.com
Step2: Search "TI-89"
Step3: hit buy
Step4: recieve amazing calculator and learn all of its features :-D

The main reason i failed calc 3 this semester is because i couldnt use it. It does differentials, intergrals, limits, 3d graphs, and much much more

Edit... just be happy u arent in multivariable (calc 3)

maybe so, but it's better on your record to not fail classes. i had to keep a 3.0gpa to keep my scholarship, so a B taking cal2 again would be > than a F on cal3.

240, I don't recall being able to bring calculators into calculus. statsitics we could.

We couldn't use calc's either. In any of my math classes.

We're not allowed to use above a TI-84, but the teachers never check to see what model you have. I've been thinking of disguising a TI-89 as a TI-83plus. Most people would never know the difference.

We typically don't get credit for problems without showing the work used to get the answer, though.
