To enter his head at that angle it looks like it must have ricocheted off something first. If that had headed at his eyes I'm not sure safety glasses would have helped with that much force behind it. Holy crap.

That or he was working on something at bench level, realized his shoe was untied, bent down, and zing.

The question is, how deep did it go in. Is that a complete file or a chunk of one or something. It might only be a few MM in.

You just needed to look at the 2nd page of that thread! Looks like it was a chunk off the end of a 3 sided file.
