I will be there to watch all your guys motors explode. If I wasent going to get tuned at DIY the following week I would be down. Once I get back up from GA we can compare spark maps and dynos to see if DIY does any vodoo magic.

I am leaving tomorrow for WV, but I will confirm with the shop Monday, so thats the deadline. If Fae is in we are closed.
Definite yes!

MR Y8S yes, tutelage on Hydra would be greatly welcomed! I'd like to know how to do it myself anyways

Ok we are all set then. I tried to negotiate down to 85/hr but got shot down. Looks like 90/hr w/ operator.

I'm thinking of coming.
I'm waiting for my Hydra 2.6 to get here so I can start tuning it and would love to get it right and avoid all potential problems.

I live in Salisbury, MD about 2.5 to 3 hours away.

Does this place have a WB/O2? If so, how does it attach, bung or tail pipe sniffer?

Actually an "observer check list" would be nice for the dyno day- things to look/listen for that the owner would never notice from the interior of the car...

* BOV leaking boost, killing spool
* exhaust leaks
* coolant (steam) leaks
?

Or some of the more recently dyno day events:

Ridiculous smoke blowing out of the engine from failed ring
Engine bay shooting sparks/igniting
Turbo separating from the manifold
Oil all over the dyno from blowing the motor

yes, our dyno days usually have cooler things to watch out for...

our checklist would be something like:

flames
oil
coolant
fingers
kittens
