Thanks to everyone for coming out. I apologize for the overall quality of the shop we went to.
Recap:

1> Scotts turbo is fubared
2> Pat got away with no problems (wtf is that?)
3> I continued my trend of bad luck on dyno days by having my hood pins fail on the way out.
4> AA Motorsports in Springfield are nice guys but run a bad shop

Great, leave out the important details.....like....graphs? numbers?

I guess Scott got "screwed" so to speak. It was only a matter of time.

I guess scott will post the run files when he gets home. I ended up not even getting to run because the shop was 2.5 hrs late for our "10am start". Headed to the beach now... with a pit stop to look at a BRG

yeah i couldnt build more than 12.5psi....even with 50% DC, when i usually run 35% to hit 13psi. Even there I could only make 200rwhp :( Looks like I did get "screwed" and I wasnt so lucky.

ok. my car is running like when I was running 12psi and no headwork and a restrictive exhaust....like exactly....

here's my best run....only change is a little more spark down low and a little less fuel

here's the comparison of what I ran last year with no headwork and exhaust and a shitty tune:

it's too close....so something is fubared :( there's no way my resonator did that....so I have to blame a fubared turbo. I absolutely cant make more than 12.5psi. I fear chewed up turbine blades, I all my logs from last week show me at 13.5-14psi and I was hitting it closer to 3800. I'll find that out next week i guess.

here's how the motor ran on the exact same setup. only difference physically is a resonator and larger FMIC:

I fail.

Ok so here are some shitty cell phone pictures:

Newbsauce's hood pin failure, which if i don't say so myself was pretty ******* wild, i think it affected me in the pssenger's seat more than it did Brad driving, brakes got a good check up though

LS1 Swapped...well it's in there atleast...RX sitting out front of the shop.anybody wants a set of enkie's these are already half-way stolen for you just go finish them off, LOL...there is also a red-top under the front dr. side tire free for the taking.

To give an idea of the quality of this shop, from left to right we have a wrecked integra with no motor, automatic supra with no motor no targa tops covered by a tarp, busted *** del slo with NO MOTOR, busted *** MR-2 with get this ****, NO MOTOR...also in the parking lot were a "type R" integra with turbo hanging right out the front bumper, and other things that hurt to think about, long story short NO MORE DYNO DAYS HERE!!!!

Newbsauce's car still looks good from a distance even post hood pin failure...

Good times today, good meeting you all.

After you left, I arranged for AA Motorsports to do a 13B swap into my car.

Started at 240ish, ended up with this:

The AVC-R needs to take a chill on the feedback speed.

less screen shot, more file > export graph

what did you end up paying? sorry to take you to the most sorry *** shop in the entire world....notice the lack of lift?

I'm honestly going to go back one night and take that redtop, maybe that T-70.

I updated the graph...

I ended up paying $90. I guess AA counts strapping the car down towards total dyno time.

No they can't count strap in time towrds the total dyno time, if that was the case you and Scott would've both payed for 2.5 hours.

It wasn't really all that bad. The "owner" just showed up an hour and a half late along with all of his employees. None of them seemed to REALLY know how the dyno worked. Didn't turn out to be a loaded dyno today. The sniffer wouldn't work. Brad's hood pins failed t WOT at the top of third gear and fubared his windshield/hood with me riding shotgun (brakes got a good work out). We got to spend an hour and a half between 10 and 1130 looking through all of the UNLOCKED customer cars out front that were half-assedly put together. Scott didn't make the numbers he wanted and has come to the conclusion his throttle body screw messed up his turbo. Pschmidt had some really good runs and that was about it...oh then the owner told me i could have one unloaded run for $55 or three for $60 in my BONE STOCK '95....I didn't take him up on the offer.
