I just have a brief layover on my way from Bremen to the states, unfortunately.

Now that I know you're nearby, I'll make plans to spend some time out there on the next trip.

Cool. Let me know when you get around my neck of the woods again and we'll work something out.

MT.net, better for m4m casual encounters than CL.

My birthday dinner:
We started with an amazing cheese plate with a pear jam, which I didn't get a picture of. And then these followed, with descriptions copied from their menu.
ROASTED BONE MARROW RAVIGOTE & FLEUR DE SEL

GRATIN d' ESCARGOTS HAM, MUSHROOMS, GARLIC, SHALLOT, FINES HERBES & GRUYERE CROUTON

LYONNAISE ONION TARTE CHEVRE, MELTED ONION & LEEK, POACHED EGG & SAUTÉED KALE

WHOLE ROASTED TROUT WARM LENTIL SALAD & BROWNED BUTTER VINAIGRETTE

If anyone's ever in Portland, I highly suggest you make reservations and visit.
http://www.stjackpdx.com/menus/

And yes, we brought home the bones for our dog, who's name is Jack. He's been chewing on one all night.

If I'm shelling out at least a c-note for dinner, I would prefer to not feel like I'm in a TGI Friday's -- especially while I'm sipping a glass of Domaine de la Grange des Pères.

If it's dark enough to warrant using a flash, you probably should be more considerate of other patrons.

Lol, I had the same thought and was very conscious of the flash. We were alone in a corner by the entrance and if it had affected others i wouldn't have taken the pictures. I'm the last person to ruin the atmosphere.

I was going to ignore you, but I feel I may as well address your concerns for my heterosexuality.

I understand that you don't have anything in your life to look forward to, but don't think for a second that you could "attack" me by calling me a queer. I'm not queer, in fact, I'm curious as to how much tail you've been able to net while splitting your time between lighting your eyelashes on fire and really just being a low-class, immature piece of ---- in general.

You are nothing and you won't ever be anything unless you change the way you live your so-called life. You could start by looking at others who've accomplished something and try to emulate them. You'll probably fail miserably at that, but at least you tried.

It also goes well with chicken/bacon/mushrooms/cheese, lobster tail, salad w/ spicy ranch, and pumpernickel bread.

God bless per diem rates.

While Outbacks cheese fries are fairly awesome, they don't hold a candle to the ones posted above. As for the lobster tail, every time I have tried it there it is overcooked and rubbery. The McDonalds graduates don't know how to cook delicate food.

Just an impromptu butter sauteed chicken breast linguine with heavy cream and champagne:

I used coarse ground white pepper, cayenne pepper flakes, oregano, sumac and a bit of salt.
Oh, and a metric ton of garlic.

The result was very satisfactory..

And, I used a bit of capers to top it off..

Meanwhile, someone watched over me like a a hawk:

Oh ---- yeah! Shrimp flied lice.

Good ----!

I really need to reseason my wok. For some reason it has started to chip and flake off. It held fine for a long time, but now just started to give up.
