Default are 205/50/15 nt-01's easy to unload?

I have an unused set that that I probably won't use if my 6UL's are here in time. Would anyone buy them for $400, in new condition? I'd sell them now, but I don't want to be stuck without track rubber if the 6ulr isn't ready in time.
