day two of "no refined carbs" april. I confess I've cheated on two occasions:

1. 2 corn tortillas. granted they were sprouted corn, lime, and salt for ingredients but still.

2. there was sugar added in my yogurt this morning. I didnt want to waste it.

lunch today was baby lettuces + shredded broccoli and carrot + grated cheese + grilled chicken breast + bleu cheese dressing. nom nom nom.

I ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich - on white bread - with a giant handful of doritos - and a mountain dew...

I'm really hoping to break under 10% body fat this spring

Awesome! I'm sure those foods aren't doing terrible things to your body just because you are physically fit.

chpmnsws6, the way you've titled the thread is deceiving.

sure health-related costs are $147-billion, but that's not tax dollars. That's like saying today's automotive relataed costs associated with gasoline are estimated at $380 billion a year. So owning a car, like me, costs americans $380 billion a year. When really its that owning a car, like me, costs each person who owns a car, on average $2,400 a year.

as opposed to something like the food stamp program which costs taxpayers $77 billion a year with about $3-4 billion of it going to fraud. We are all getting screwed there, more people are joining up and more people are becoming dependant on the system and more people are always demanding more from my wallet.

You could have the build of this guy and be considered morbidly obese based on the calculator.

The BMI chart is clearly designed for veal. Yum, veal.
