Default Drifting into the median

So I was driving to PA today and got caught in that Nor-easter thing in my 3" ground clearance snow tire wearing IS300. I was a bit confident that I could make it, if I drove carefully. Well uh, I hit a patch of ice (40mph) and managed to slide my car about 20 feet across 2 lanes and then into the median, which luckily was only 12 feet of grass. Long story short my car got pulled out by chains and I'm stuck in Gettysburg, PA. Well, at least theres a bar across the street. All I need to do is go roundhouse kick someone there and this will be close to a RicanRacer story!

I was just reading THIS thread. Perhaps it was about you?

Seriously, sorry to hear. I hope you were able to leave the Miata somewhere safe. Now go drink something.

Haha well I ended up in a hotel on Rt 30 last night (Hampton Inn). I had about 120 ounces of blue moon at Ruby Tuesdays and passed out cold. Whats funny is I had just watched F&F Tokyo drift... who's the drift king now beotch?

The car got off damage free... minus the fact I had to remove some JAM packed snow from my grill and mouth (has a CWest kit). It looked like I snow plowed, shoulda taken pics.
