You're complaining about those speeds?

How about your cable company continually upgrading your downstream speeds (I think I'm at 6000-8000kbs) while reducing your upstream bandwidth (began at 768kbs, downgraded to 512, downgraded to 256...this, over the course of the past 6 years)?

And I have to pay for it

I feel you on the low upload stream, good downstream speed though.

everytime i try a test it closes my e explorer
wtf
but it did get up to 4.3K when it stopped
