Yah, you mean the kid who will be scarred for ******* life of statues and the color silver. There are hundreds of videos like this one, and a little startle for a 3yr old is one thing, but scaring the living **** out of a little kid and then chasing him down the sidewalk screaming... I think a judge could totally justify a roundhouse to the face for that guy. That **** was uncool.
