Default Oh man. how to get this window up?

My driver window doesnt go up!
But it goes down, i can hear the motor when i push down on the button. It would take a few try to get it to go up, but now it wont do it at all. And I need to get it to go up for the track tommorrow, or they wont let me race. I took the switch thing apart on the arm rest, and it all looked clean, Is there anyway else i can bring that SOB up?

Take the door panel off and manually pull it up after assesing if you can do this by hand with or without removing the regulator/motor.
Having all kinds of tough times lately eh?

My NB door takes me about 3 minutes to take off. Something like 5 grommets (some are missing) and 3 screws. Pops right off. The NAs have to be easier than that.

Do like I did, take the door off and make two sections out of it by separating the "top" rounded portion from the flat bottom inner skin. Use velcro to hold the skin in place and just set the top into position and let gravity hold it there. I can get my door's inside off in less than 20 seconds...

..and yes, I want a cookie.

Doesn't the window move down using gravity? So if you pull the motor (or just loosen it a bit) and then slide the window up and put the motor back in place, that should work well enough for a track day, right? Just put some tape over the switch so you don't press it by accident.

Pull the regulator out so you can move the window up by hand. Then reinstall the regulator to hold it in place. It's just an electric motor man.

clean the connectors on the switch....or put a +12v source directly on the motor leads.

I tried that.
And it didnt do anything
I dunno why. Im sure sure i did the right connector. The motor is bolted on with three bolts on the door right? like, to the top left of the speaker.
