By the way, one small correction. I would move the grounding yourself part before the unscrewing the lid. What if vapor escapes when you unscrew the lid and then the static discharge from your body ignites it? Someone could blame you for that. I would do it to be safe :thumbup:

As far as the gas cap goes you turn it until it starts to click. Thats how you know you have it on as tight as it needs to be. All cars do this.
Seriously? I thought I broke mine when that happened. Spent 27.95 for a new one on Ebay I am so mad
