Default Want to starting a savings account and get $25?

Help a poor dude out and start a savings account with ING Direct and get a $25 bonus for letting me refer you (and I get $10) ... seriously. Ive been using these guys for a year or so since a friend referred me to it and when i signed up i got $25. Anyway, if you got a few hundred just sitting in your checking account and wanna actually earn some interest on it, then help me make a few bucks (comon i wouldn't be posting this if i wasn't gonna get anything).
So if you are interested, send me your first and last name along with your email address and i will send you a referral. You just gotta follow the link in the email or it wont work.
I swear this isnt spam, i

Peace,
Ryan

---------------------------------------------------------------

For a bit more fine print, I logged on to my account and went to the referrals page and copied the important stuff here:

If your friend opens an account with at least $250, we will deposit a $25 bonus in their new account and a $10 thank you bonus in your ING DIRECT Account. If 25 of your friends or family each open a new account with at least a $250 initial deposit, you will earn $10 each up to $250.
Give the "Gift of Savings" - you can now include funds from your own ING DIRECT Account to help your friend or family member start saving. In order to qualify for the $25 and $10 bonuses, your gift recipient must make an initial deposit of $250. Any gift funds do not count toward the initial deposit.
Please Remember:

* Your friends MUST use the referral link within the email sent from this screen to ensure they get the $25 welcome bonus and gift money, if applicable.
* We will send the email on your behalf, so that the "From" field will display your name and the email address we have for you.
* For privacy reasons, we are not able to disclose which of your friends has opened an account with us or the initial deposit amount.
* Your $10 thank you bonus will be added to your account upon the completion of the account opening process for qualifying accounts.

ok so you dont have to do it then.

Sheesh, ING has been around for a while and if you look em up you will find that they are one of the highest rated high yield online savings accounts available. Seriously they are a good company. If someone has not heard of them, they have now and can do their own research.

As far as the promotion goes, if I refer you, then you get $25 and I get $10 simple as that.

ING is cool and all, but your post looks like garbage, so...

NO.

And besides, your gauntlet tokenizer has been reserved.

Yeah, ING Direct, major US bank, what a bunch of ****** scam artists.

If I didn't have a 5% account with Capital One, I would.

Wow 5% during these times? Is it a CD?

That's pretty high considering that my shitty GMAC is only at 3%, and it usually has one of the highest competitive APRs.

I need to switch out. ING is usually one of the lowest I've noticed. Plus, they do a hard pull on your credit if you do apply.

You posted it, expect some criticism.

While not a bad deal, you're the one openly soliciting people.

So........if anyone ever get's a Sprint phone, say I referred you.

Not with all these poor bastards who have thousands in CC debt from modding their cars.

I've still got an ING and HSBC online account but there are better rates out there nowadays. Getting free referral money or bonus cash for opening an account is always good though.

Damn, not bad... considering my "baller" money market account with BoA is like 1% or something.

still 5% of 0 = 1% of 0

I never called them scam artists. And ok, maybe people know about it/heard about it fine: but why the hell would someone open an account cause some dude on the internet told them JUST to get 25 dollars? lol.....not to mention that in order to get it you'd have to deposit 250.. It makes absolutely no sense to me. but thats just my .02

I have two savings accounts at a local credit union one is at 5.270% the other is at 3.590%

they are dedicated savings accounts though, so i can't withdraw money from them unless I pay a $5 fee
