2 t1 connections merged at office. we are getting new connection installed RIGHT NOW. will post results when its up (about 40 people in office doing video editing and uploading files ranging from few hundred megs to few terabytes)

New Jersey -> LA: 5.88 MBytes 3.72 Mbits/sec
LA -> New Jersey: 18.5 MBytes 15.4 Mbits/sec

I fail. I have no net at home. No options in the country except dialup and satellite. No DSL, no microwave, nothing. My dialup is 19k. Yes, 19k. My wife uses it for email. I don't even try.

I've got TWC Turbo. 15 down and 1 up. I like it, for $29.99 a month.

*******.. I just got a letter in the mail, its going up to $44.95 a month come Jan 1.



Could be a little quicker if I shut down BitTorrent..

called up verizon today. they've upgraded their **** here. I got a handful of additional HD channels and slightly faster internetz for a whopping $5/month more.
