1 brazialian dollars.

seriously, I dont total it all up for a few reasons:
everyone would think I was nuts
my gf would say something about buying a house instead
my parents would grill me about credit card debt
i'd get a little depressed
i'd realize what other cars I could have bought new
i'd start to ponder the TIME that went into it.
etc.
etc.
etc.

I hate to say it, but I think I am peaking the $20k mark. I'm scared to tally up the costs.

I know I was at $11.5k before the mods for the 275s, and now the supercharger. I hope my wife doesn't read this forum.

Not a MM..but..

Well, got mine appraised last year, $29,800

Over $40,000 into her but that does include the price i paid for the car when i bought her used in 2001 ($13,000).

Last year was a real reality check. I had to collect all my receipts and put paper work together for the insurance people. I recall saying to my wife "wtf is wrong with me?"

That money invested doesn't include the other rims, old blower setup, old 80mm turbo setup, different suspension setup etc.

I have totally chilled out on the spending because i would be lucky to get $22,500 for her, and losing the kind of money is a no no

3K for the car, another 5K since (mostly used parts) and about 3K looming on the horizon with the 1.8 setup.

Why think about how much? Like I say to my wife, better than blowing the money on drugs, girls, or gambling. It's a hobby like any other.

Car was $7600 with turbo setup, stereo, wheels and built motor.
6ULs w/Azenis was just over a $1k i think
I can truthfully say I'm in my car for less than $11k including full coverage insurance over the past 1.5 yrs i've had it.
I still need:
AL Radiator, Oil cooler, roll bar, seats, harnesses, and full suspension upgrade.

I'm out of my mind. All of that is bogus i'm paying BEGI to modify my T3 manifold for ex-wg and build be a SS downpipe. Bought some FM sways while they were discounted. Then i have a $$$ 4.10 torsen sitting on my floor. What the hell is wrong with all of us. AND I'M STILL ON STOCK SUSPENSION AA;LKSDJF;ANWEF;1!*@(*@@*(

I think you're just confused all around. Usually when people want to sell a car they don't go out and buy all new suspension for it.

About $6K, not too bad for a 96M with 85K on it.
6000 car
400 roll bar
400 bf brace
75 mud flaps
75 seat
450 wheels/tires
100 brake lines
100 brake pads
600 hard top
-2200 insurance claim (flying road debris, minimal damage)
-----
6000 My wife says I can't take the insurance claim off the total cost. I tell her to STFU.

... of course, there's the $180 radiator I just installed, the used Konis and FM springs for $425, oh yeah, oil temp gauge, and the Azenis waiting to go on that cost about $250.

$6,900. With a $3K turbo project on the horizon.

Oh well, where else can you get 10#/HP for $10K?

the tally that really bothers me is the wasted spending the $20 here for this, the $5 here for that. that **** adds up and it's ridiculous.
