Damn i hate typing on phone. Fifth shot at this. Buy auto darkening helmet. Always make sure ground is close to weld. Always disconnect the car battery. 15 to 20 psi on gas. Always always always turn off gas tank when done or you well be paying to refill the 75/25 argon co2 constantly. Buy the splatter gel to keep spatter from sticking to welder tip. You'll need nice angle cutters to cut excess wire off before starting weld. If it sounds like your cooking bacon its set up perfect. If you burn through turn down the heat or turn up wire speed. Buy nice flapper wheel disc for grinder. Enjoy now you can fabricate!

Excellent. Have the helmet but know nothing about little things you need like splatter gel. Thanks for the tips.

We're going to have to check this setup out some time soon. I know Martin with his Galant needs at the very least some pegs welded to his radiator for mounting it. I'm sure we could think of more jobs for you.
